Biography:
Cheryl Johnson has served as the Chief Human Resource Officer of Caterpillar since 2017. Prior to this appointment, Ms. Johnson served as the Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Textron from 2012 to 2017 and Director of Talent and Organizational Development at Bell Helicopter, a Textron company from 2009 to 2012 and Vice President of Human Resources as E-Z GO Textron from 2006 to 2009. From 2003 to 2005, Ms. Johnson served as a Human Resource Manager at Sear and Director of Human Resources at Greenlee Textron from 1996 to 2003. Ms. Johnson is a board member at the HR Policy Association and a member of the Board of Directors at Caterpillar Foundation.
