Biography:
Chris Chandler has been the Executive VP and CEO for Plains GP Holdings since 2019. Prior to these roles, Chandler worked for Plains as SVP, Strategic Planning & Acquisitions from 2018-2019. Before this, Chandler worked for Phillips 66 as General Manager, Corporate Strategy from 2016-2018, General Manager, Midstream Commercial and Business Development from 2014-2016 and General Manager, NGL from February 2014- April 2014. Before working for Phillips, he worked for ConocoPhillips as a Refinery Manager from 2010-2014 and a Refinery Manager from 2007-2010.
