Chris Cyrenne

Chris Cyrenne became the Senior Vice President and International Chief & Compliance Officer of Walmart, Int’l. in April 2021. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Cyrenne served as the Senior Vice President of Global Regulatory Compliance at Walmart from 2019 to 2022 and as Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer of Canada, UK, Asia Global Sourcing from 2015 to 2019. From 2013 to 2015, Mr. Cyrenne served as the Chief Compliance Officer of Walmart Canada and as Vice President of Loss Prevention, Risk Management and Aviation from 2012 to 2013. Mr. Cyrenne was subsequently serving as the Board Director of Stewardship Ontario from 2012 to 2014. From 2004 to 2012, Mr. Cyrenne was the Senior Corporate Counselor and then the Director of Risk Management for Walmart Canada. Prior to working at Walmart Canada, Mr. Cyrenne was an Associate at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP from 2000 to 2004, where he focused on mergers and corporate acquisitions.
