Christine A. Poon

Christine A. Poon joined the Board of Directors of Prudential Financial in 2006 and has served as the Lead Independent Director since 2020. Ms. Poon has served on the Board of Directors at Neurocrine Biosciences since 2023 and Sherwin-Williams since 2014 and Regeneron since 2010. Ms. Poon previously served on the board at Decibel Therapeutics from 2019 to 2021 and Koninklijke Philips from 2014 to 2021. Ms. Poon served was an Executive in Residence at Ohio State University from 2015 to 2020 and Professor of Management and Human Resources from 2014 to 2015 and was the Dean of the Fisher College of Business from 2009 to 2014. From 2007 to 2008, Ms. Poon assumed responsibility for the Johnson & Johnson Development Corporation, the Corporate Office of Science and Technology, the Corporate Office of Information Management, Worldwide Procurement and Worldwide Operations. Ms. Poon served on the Board of Directors at Johnson & Johnson from 2005 to 2009 and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors from 2005 to 2007 and Worldwide Chairman of Medicine & Nutritionals from 2003 to 2005 and Worldwide Chairman of Pharmaceuticals from 2001 to 2003 and Company Group Chairman of Pharmaceuticals from 2000 to 2001. Before her time at Johnson & Johnson, Ms. Poon spent 15 years at Bristol-Myers Squibb, where her most recent position was President of International Medicines. Her career at Bristol-Myers Squibb included marketing and strategic-planning positions, including stints as President of Medical Devices and Senior Vice President for Canada and Latin America Pharmaceutical Operations.
