Biography:
Chryssa C. Halley has served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Fannie Mae since 2021. Prior to this appointment, Ms. Halley served as the Senior Vice President and Controller of Fannie Mae from 2017 to 2021 and Senior Vice President and Deputy Controller from 2013 to 2017 and Vice President and Assistant Controller of Capital Markets & Operations from 2011 to 2013 and Vice President of Finance from 2010 to 2012. Before joining Fannie Mae, Ms. Halley served as a Director of Accounting for the Federal Agricultural Mortgage Corporation, and was Senior Director, Debt and Derivative Reporting, and Senior Director, Derivative Accounting, at Freddie Mac from 1992 to 2005.
