Cindy Ryan

Cindy Ryan has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer at The Cigna Group since 2021. Her tenure at Cigna Healthcare began in 1999 as an HR Associate, transitioning to Assistant Director of the Human Resource Development Program from 2000 to 2001. From 2001 to 2012, she served as a Human Resource Officer, followed by roles as Head of Talent Acquisition & Leadership Development from 2012 to 2014, and Vice President of Talent Management from 2014 to 2017. Ryan was then Senior Human Resources Officer for U.S. Businesses and Customer Segments from 2017 to 2018, Senior Vice President of Human Resources for U.S. Government and Commercial Businesses, Strategy, Solutions & IT from 2019 to 2020, and Senior Vice President of Human Resources for U.S. Businesses at Cigna Healthcare from 2020 to 2021. Prior to her tenure at Cigna, she was a Human Resource Manager at Wesley-on-East from 1995 to 1997. Additionally, Ryan served as Secretary and Member of the National Board of Directors for Blessings in a Backpack from 2017 to 2022 and was a Director at United Way of Central and Northeastern Connecticut from 2014 to 2020.
