Clyde R. Moore

Clyde R. Moore joined the Board of Directors at Kroger in 1997. Mr. Moore is also the President and Chief Executive Officer of Glioca LLC. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Moore served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of First Service Network from 2000 to 2014 and remained Chairman till 2015. Mr. Moore previously served as the Chief Executive Officer at Thomas & Betts and Chief Operation officer at FL Industries and member of the Advisory Board at Mayer Electrical Supply. Mr. Moore was a founding leader on the Industry Data Exchange Association, and previously served on the board at National Electric Manufacturers and National Association of Manufacturers.
