Craig A. Jacobson

Craig A. Jacobson was elected to the board of directors of Charter on July 27, 2010. Mr. Jacobson is a founding partner at the law firm of Hansen, Jacobson, Teller, Hoberman, Newman, Warren, Richman, Rush, Kaller, Gellman, Meigs & Fox, L.L.P., where he has practiced entertainment law for the past 35 years. Mr. Jacobson is a member of the Board of Directors of Expedia, Inc. and Oaktree Specialty Lending Corporation (OCSLC). Mr. Jacobson was a director of Ticketmaster from August 2008 until its merger with Live-Nation, Inc. in January 2010 and a director of Tribune Media Company from December 2012 until its sale in 2019. Mr. Jacobson was also a director of Oaktree Strategic Income Corporation from October 2017 until its merger with OCSLC in 2021
