Craig B. Glidden

Craig B. Glidden is executive vice president for Legal (general counsel and corporate secretary), Global Public Policy and Cybersecurity, Strategic Technology Initiatives of General Motors. Glidden joined GM in March 2015 as executive vice president and general counsel. Glidden was named executive vice president of Global Public Policy and assumed the responsibilities of corporate secretary in 2021. He also began leading Cybersecurity and Strategic Technology initiatives in 2022. Prior to joining GM, Glidden had been executive vice president and chief legal officer for LyondellBasell. Glidden also previously served as senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary of Chevron Phillips Chemical Co., a position he held after leaving private law practice.
