D. Mark Durcan

D. Mark Durcan became a Board Member of AmerisourceBergen in 2015 and a Board Member for Advanced Micro Devices in 2017. He has also been a Member of the ASML Supervisory Board since 2020. Mr. Durcan previously served as the Chief Executive Officer and Director of Micron Technology from February 2012 to May 2017, as President and Chief Operating Officer from June 2007 to February 2012, as Chief Operating Officer from February 2006 to June 2007, as Chief Technology Officer of Micron Technology from June 1997 to February 2006, and in various other roles since his time began there in 1996. Mr. Durcan has served on the Board of Trustees for Rice University since June 2020 and has been the Director for Saint Luke’s Health Systems of Idaho since February 2017.
