Dan Schulman

Daniel H. Schulman joined the Board of Directors at Verizon Communications in 2018 and has served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of PayPal Holdings since 2014. Mr. Schulman served as the Group President of Enterprise Group at American Express from 2010 to 2014 and President of Prepaid Group from 2009 to 2010 and Founding Chief Executive Officer of Virgin Mobile USA from 2001 to 2009. Mr. Schulman also served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Priceline Group from 2000 to 2001 and President of Consumer Division and Various other positions at AT&T from 1981 to 1999. Mr. Schulman previously served on the Board of Directors at NortonLifeLock from 2000 to 2019 and Flex Ltd. from 2009 to 2018. Mr. Schulman is a member of the International Business Council, and the Board of Governors and Board of Stewards for the Future of Financial & Monetary Systems platform. Mr. Schulman is also a member of the Board of Directors at the Business Round Table, a member of the Council of Foreign Relations, a member of the International Advisory Council at the Singapore Economic Development Board, and a board member at the Cleveland Clinic and The Economic Club of New York.
