“Yeah, so I think it's a two part question and the first part is, you know our Diversity and Inclusion office works really closely with our Talent Acquisition office so that we can cast the broadest net for talent. Right? And we leverage our employers as well as to serve as ambassadors when we go to places where there are unrepresented populations to recruit.”

“But I just want to reiterate that it really does start with making sure that you have a culture of inclusion for all areas of diversity, including disabilities, age, LGBTQ plus, so that when you do hire someone, they can integrate successfully. I think that is hugely important and always keeping that connection and that lens between talent acquisition and making sure your diversity efforts are integrated into that overall strategy to make sure that you don't lose momentum.”
