Dave Shull

Dave Shull has served as the President of Workforce Solutions at HP Inc. since October 2022 and has been an investor in Michel-Schlumberger since November 2022 and Delta Zulu since August 2018. In addition, he has been an investor at Michel-Schlumberger since November 2022 and Delta Zulu since August 2018. He has also been a board member for International Care Ministries since August 2022 and Innovations for Gospel Impact since January 2021, in addition to being part of the Alumni Advisory Council for the University of Oxford’s Saïd Business School. Prior to HP, Shull was CEO of Poly from September 2020 to October 2022, a Senior Advisor at Xperi Corporation from June 2020 to November 2020, CEO of TiVo from May 2019 to June 2020, and CEO of The Weather Channel from December 2015 to October 2018, as well as Group President of TV at The Weather Company from May 2015 to November 2015. His experience at Dish Network includes roles as Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer from March 2013 to March 2015, and Senior Vice President of Programming and Content Acquisition from December 2008 to March 2013. At EchoStar, he was Senior Vice President of Asia Operations from February 2008 to December 2008, Managing Director of Asia Pacific from May 2006 to February 2008, Vice President of International from October 2004 to April 2006, and Director & Assistant to the CEO from October 2004 to January 2005. Shull’s earlier roles include Chief Operating Officer at RioLabs from September 1999 to November 2003, and Director of Marketing at Tanning Technology from April 1997 to September 1998. He started his career at The Parthenon Group, where he worked as Principal, Senior Associate, and Associate from June 1994 to April 1997.
