David L. Herzog

David L. Herzog joined the Board of Directors at MetLife in 2016 and DXC Technology Company in 2017.
Mr. Herzog has served as a Senior Advisor at Brain Capital Insurance since 2021. Mr. Herzog previously served on the Board of Directors at Ambac Financial Group from 2016 to 2023 and Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of American International Group from 2008 to 2016 and Senior Vice President and Controller from 2005 to 2008 and Other senior positions from 2000 to 2005. Mr. Herzog served as the Chief Financial Officer of GenAmerica Corporation from 1999 to 2000 and President of GenAm Shared Services from 1998 to 1999 and Various other positions from 1991 to 1998. From 1987 to 1991, Mr. Herzog served as a Controller at Family Guardian Life Insurance Company.
