David M. Chojnowski

David Chojnowski became the Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller, and Chief Accounting Officer in 2017. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Chojnowski served as Vice President and Controller of U.S., Finance Transformation, and International over the course of 6 years, 2011 to 2017. Before Joining Walmart, Inc. Mr. Chojnowski worked at Burger King Corporation as Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller, and Chief Accounting Officer from 2008 to 2011. From 2005 to 2008, Mr. Chojnowski served as Regional Controller and Finance Executive at General Motors and Product Line Chief Financial Officer from 2002 to 2005 and Accounting and Finance Director from 1995 to 2002. Mr. Chojnowski also worked at Deloitte as a Senior Audit Professional from 1992 to 1995. Mr. Chojnowski serves on the Accounting Executive Advisory Board at the University of Arkansas, and previously served as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors at the Northwest Arkansas Food Bank.
