David T. Seaton

David T. Seaton joined the Board of Directors at ConocoPhillips in 2020 and Mosaic in 2009. Mr. Seaton was elected Chairman of Fluor Corporation in February 2012 and became a member of Fluor’s board of directors and its Chief Executive Officer in February 2011 and served in such positions until May 2019. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Seaton served as Chief Operating Officer of Fluor from November 2009 to February 2011. Mr. Seaton served as Senior Group President of the Energy and Chemicals, Power and Government business groups for Fluor from March 2009 to November 2009 and held numerous positions in both operations and sales globally since joining Fluor in 1984. In 2011, Mr. Seaton was appointed by the U.S. Secretary of Energy to serve as a member of the National Petroleum Council. Mr. Seaton is a member of the Business Roundtable, the International Business Council, the American Petroleum Institute, and the U.S.-Saudi Arabian Business Council. Mr. Seaton previously served as the Chairman of the National Board of Governors of the Boys and Girls Clubs of America, and served in leadership positions for the Boys and Girls Clubs of America and United Way of Greater Dallas.
