Deborah Vaughn

Deborah Vaughn became Senior Vice President and Chief Counsel for Walmart International and Global Sourcing in January 2023. Before that, she was Senior Vice President and General Counsel from November 2020 to January 2023. Prior to Walmart, Mrs. Vaughn was the Director of the Board of Directors for Yuhan-Kimberly. She previously served at the Association of Corporate Counsel Asia from December 2018 to October 2020. Before that, Mrs. Vaughn was the Vice President and Chief Legal Counsel in Asia Pacific for Kimberly-Clark from May 2018 to October 2020. She also worked at Whirlpool. Mrs. Vaughn was the Director of the Board of Directors from April 2016 to April 2018 for Whirlpool China and its Supervisor of the Supervisory Board from August 2014 to March 2016. Mrs. Vaughn also worked for the Whirlpool Corporation, as Chief Legal Officer of Asia Pacific from January 2014 to April 2018, as International Legal Counsel and Global Liaison from July 2011 to December 2013, as part of the International Trademark Counsel from November 2008 to June 2011, as Legal Counsel from March 2008 to October 2008, and as part of the Trademark Counsel from September 2007 to February 2008. Mrs. Vaughn was also Vice President of the Board of Directors for the Singapore Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel Asia from December 2018 to October 2020.
