Diana L. McKenzie

Diana L. McKenzie joined the Board of Directors at MetLife in 2018. Ms. McKenzie has also served on the Board of Directors at Agilon Health, Inc. since 2023 and Vertex Pharmaceuticals Inc. since 2020. Ms. McKenzie is a Consultant and Owner of DLM Horizons, LLC since 2020 and has been an Advisor at BrightInsight, Inc. since 2020. Ms. McKenzie previously served as an Advisor at EmPath, Inc. from 2020 to 2022 and a member of the Board of Directors at Change Healthcare Inc. from 2019 to 2022 and was Chief Information Officer of Workday, Inc. from 2016 to 2019. Ms. McKenzie served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Amgen, Inc. from 2010 to 2016 and Vice President of Vice President of Amgen Enterprise Technology Services and Enterprise Architecture from 2007 to 2010 and Executive Director of Amgen Information Systems, Product Development and Commercialization from 2004 to 2007. From 2000 to 2004, Ms. McKenzie served as Group Director of Lilly Research Laboratories, Product Development and commercialization at Eli Lilly and Company and in various Information Systems leadership roles supporting Research & Development, Corporate Engineering, Human Resources, and IT Architecture, Strategy, and Planning from 1987 to 1999. Ms. McKenzie previously served on the Board of Directors of Long Term Care Services of Ventura County, Inc. from 2012 to 2015.
