Diane C. Nordin

Diane C. Nordin joined the Board of Directors at Principal Financial Group in 2017. Ms. Nordin has served on the Advisory Committee at the New York State Common Retirement Fund since 2018, the Board of Directors at Fannie Mae since 2013, and the Board of Directors at Antares Capital LP since 2016. Ms. Nordin served as Partner, Senior Vice President, and Director of Fixed Income at Wellington management from 2006 to 2011 and Partner and Director of Global Relationship Management from 2003 to 2005 and Director of Product Management from 1991 to 2003. Ms. Nordin has served on the Board of Trustees at the Financial Accounting Foundation since 2022, the Board of Governors at the CFA Institute since 2019, the Board of Directors at Martha’s Vinyard Community Services since 2014, has been a Trustee Emeritus at Wheaton College Massachusetts since 2010, and has been a member at the CFA Society Boston since 1991. Ms. Nordin previously served on the Board of Directors at the Appalachian Mountain Club from 2011 to 2019 and was a member of the board at the Massachusetts College of Art and Design from 2011 to 2016.
