Biography:

Dinesh C. Paliwal became a Board Member of Raytheon Technologies in September 2016. Prior to that, he was the Senior Advisor to the Board and CEO for HARMAN International from April 2020 to December 2020, the President, and CEO for HARMAN from 2017 to 2020, and the Chairman, CEO & President for HARMAN from 2007 to 2017. Mr. Paliwal previously worked for ABB in several roles. He served as President from 2005 to 2007, the President of their Automation sector from 1998 to 2005, an Executive from 1994 to 1998, and a Management Executive from 1985 to 1994. Before this, Mr. Paliwal began his career as a Production Supervisor at Ballarpur Industries Limited from 1979 to 1981. Mr. Paliwal currently serves on the Board for several corporations and non-profit organizations. He has served on the board for Nestle since 2019 and he is currently a Partner at KKR & Co. Inc. as well as a Board Member for Marelli Corp., and an Executive Chairman for one of their holdings, Calsonic Kansei Corporation. Mr. Paliwal previously served on the Board of Directors for Bristol Myers Squibb from 2013 to 2021. He currently serves as the Vice Chairman for The Kennedy Center Corporate Fund, is on the Board of Trustees at Miami University (OH), and a member of the board for the U.S. – India Business Council, The Business Roundtable, and The Trilateral Commission.
