Douglas J. Herrington

Douglas Herrington became the Chief Executive Officer of Worldwide Amazon Stores in July 2022. Mr. Herrington also serves as the Senior Vice President of North America Consumers, a position he has held since January of 2015. Before that, he worked as the Senior Vice President of Consumables from May 2014 to December 2014 and as Vice President of Consumables from May 2005 to April 2014. Prior to joining Amazon, Mr. Herrington was the CEO of KeepMedia, Inc. from January 2002 to February 2005. He also served at Webvan as its Vice President of Marketing from March 1998 to July 2001. Mr. Herrington began his career as a Partner at Booz Allen and Hamilton from July 1988 to March 1998.
