Biography:

Edward Skyler has been the Executive Vice President for Enterprise Service and Public Affairs at Citi since 2010. Before working with Citi, Skyler worked for the City of New York as the Deputy Mayor for Operations from 2008-2010, the Deputy Mayor for Administration from 2006-2007 and Press Secretary from 2002-2005. Prior to working with the City of New York, Skyler worked in Public Affairs for Bloomberg LP from 2000-2001. He also served as Deputy Press Secretary to Mayor Rudolph W. Giuliani and Public Information Director at the Department of Parks & Recreation. Edward has also served as Chairman of the Citizens Budget Commission and is an Executive Committee Member of the New York Police & Fire Widows’ & Children’s Benefit Fund and is a Trustee of The Paley Center for Media and the Hospital for Special Surgery.
