Biography:
Edwin E. Smith was elected an Advisory Director of Enterprise GP in April 2014. He previously served as a director of Enterprise GP from November 2010 to April 2014 and as a director of Holdings GP from August 2005 to November 2010. Mr. Smith has been a private investor since he retired from Allied Bank of Texas in 1989 after a 31-year career in banking. Mr. Smith previously served as a director of Encore Bancshares from July 2007 until July 2012 and as a director of EPCO from 1987 until 1997.
