Egon Durban

Durban is co-chief executive officer of Silver Lake, a global technology investment firm. Before joining Silver Lake, he worked in Morgan Stanley’s investment banking division.
Durban currently serves on the boards of Motorola Solutions, Qualtrics International, Unity Software and VMware. He is also chairman of the board of Endeavor Group Holdings, an entertainment, sports and content company. He is also a member of the U.S. Business Council and the Business Roundtable.
The Dell Technologies Board of Directors selected Durban to serve because of his strong background in technology and finance and years of experience in global strategic leadership and management of multiple companies.
