Emma Waddell

Emma Waddell became Senior Vice President of Walmart and Sam’s Club Compliance in June 2022. Before that, she was Vice President and a Global Financial Services Compliance Officer from September 2019 to June 2022. Prior to her time at Walmart, Mrs. Waddell was at SunTrust, as Executive Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer from May 2018 to September 2019 and as Senior Vice President, Anti-Money Laundering Officer, and Office of Foreign Assets Control Officer from March 2016 to September 2019. Before that, she was at JPMorgan Chase & Co., as Senior Vice President and Anti-Money Laundering Executive from October 2013 to March 2016, as Executive Director over Anti-Money Laundering Consent Orders from April 2012 to October 2013, as Executive Director over Operations and Client Service from October 2010 to April 2012, as Vice President of Client On-boarding from March 2006 to October 2010, and as Vice President and Online and Telephone Banking Manager from June 2003 to March 2006. Previously, Mrs. Waddell was a Manager at Adjoined consulting (now Kanbay/Capgemini) from 2000 to 2003. Mrs. Waddell began her career as a Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton from 1999 to 2000. Mrs. Waddell serves on the Board of Advisors for The Knoble.
