Eric C. Wiseman

Eric C. Wiseman joined the Board of Directors at The Cigna Group in 2007 and has served as the Lead Independent Director since 2022. From 2011 to 2021, Mr. Wiseman served on the Board of Directors of Lowe’s Companies, Inc. Mr. Wiseman served as the Chief Executive Officer of VF Corporation from 2008 to 2016 and Executive Chairman till 2017 and President from 2006 to 2015 and Chief Operating Officer from 2006 to 2008. Mr. Wiseman currently sits on the Board of Visitors for the Wake Forest School of Business and has sat on the Board of Trustees at Wake Forest university since 2022. Previously, Mr. Wiseman was a member of the American Heart Association CEO Roundtable.
