Eric J. Foss

Eric J. Foss has served on the Boar of Directors at The Cigna Group since 2011. Mr. Foss has also served on the Board of Directors at Diversey Holdings since 2021, Selina Hospitality, and Primo Water since 2023. Mr. Foss served as the President and Chief Executive Officer at Aramark from 2012 to 2019, adding the role of Chairman of the Board in 2015. From 2010 to 2011, Mr. Foss served as the Chief Executive Officer of Pepsi Beverage Company and Chief Executive Officer and Chairman at Pepsi Bottling Group from 2008 to 2010 and Chief Executive Officer and President from 2006 to 2008 and Chief Operating Officer from 2005 to 2006. From 2003 to 20015, Mr. Foss served on the Board of Directors at UDR, Inc. Mr. Foss is on the National Board of Directors at My Feet Foundation and a Member of the Business Roundtable.
