Frank A. D’Amelio

Frank A. D’Amelio joined the Board of Directors of Humana in 2003 and Hewlett Packard Enterprise in 2023. Mr. D’Amelio has also served on the Board of Directors at Catalent in 2023 and Zoetis in 2012. From 2007 to 2022, Mr. D’Amelio served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Global Supply at Pfizer. Mr. D’Amelio served as the Executive Vice President of Business Operations and Integration at Lucent Technology from 2006 to 2007 and Chief Operating Officer from 2005 to 2006 and Executive Vice President of Administration and Chief Financial Officer from 2004 to 2005 and Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 2001 to 2005 and Group President of Switching Solutions Group from 1999 to 2001 and Group Vice President of Product Management and Marketing from 1997 to 1999 and Network Systems Vice President from 1996 to 1997. Before joining Lucent Technologies, Mr. D’Amelio served as the Controller of Network Systems at AT&T from 1995 to 1996 and Chief Financial Officer of Transmission Systems from 1993 to 1995 and Controller of Business Communications Systems in 1993 and Access Controller of the Network Services Division from 1991 to 1993 and R&D Finance Director of Federal Systems from 1988 to 1991 and various other financial and accounting positions from 1979 to 1988. Mr. D’Amelio previously served on the National Advisory Board at JPMorgan Chase & Co.
