Frank Sedlarcik

Frank Sedlarcik has been Vice President, Assistant General Counsel & Secretary of IBM since July 2019. Previously he served IBM as Associate General Counsel, IBM Services & Managing Attorney, Asia Pacific from July 2018 to July 2019; Associate General Counsel, Trust & Compliance, Global Processes from November 2017 to July 2018; Senior Counsel, Regional Trust & Compliance Officer from January 2015 to October 2017; Senior Counsel, Intellectual Property from January 2013 to December 2014; and Counsel, Corporate Litigation from January 2007 to December 2012. Before joining IBM Mr. Sedlarcik was an Associate at Quinn Emanuel from June 2006 to January 2007, an Associate at Morgan & Finnegan from September 2003 to June 2006, and a Paralegal at the New York County District Attorney’s Office from February 2000 to May 2002. He began his career as a District Manager at Emerson Power Transmission from July 1996 to February 2000.
