And there's a trust gap that is very well earned in communities of color, with banks in particular. And it's because of the history, the history of redlining all the way back to the Freedmen's Bank, just example after example of where the institutions themselves helped to create and condone these disparities. And I think this reckoning has been the industry sort of understanding a new sense of responsibility to right some of those wrongs, but to just do the right thing. And I think this is an industry that's not known for its diversity, but I think you're starting to see that change."
