Gregory D. Brenneman
Gregory Brenneman became a Board Member for Baker Hughes in 2017, a Board Member for Home Depot in 2000, and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of TurnWorks, Inc. in 1994 when he founded it. He is also the owner of some Porta’Vino establishments, has served on the Boards for Baylor College of Medicine since June 2023, for Hayward Holdings, Inc. since 2021, and has served as Chairman for CCMP Capital since 2015. From 2015 to 2017, he was on the Board for Milacron Holdings Corporation. Before these roles, Mr. Brenneman was President and Chief Executive Officer of CCMP from February 2015 to October 2016 and Chairman from 2008 to October 2016. From 2001 to 2014, he was on the Board for Automatic Data Processing and from 2010 to 2015 he was on the Board for Francesca’s Holdings Corporation. Prior to joining CCMP, Mr. Brenneman was instrumental in turnaround efforts at Quiznos, Burger King, PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting, and Continental Airlines. He was hired by Quiznos in 2007 and Chief Executive Officer of Burger King from August 2004 to April 2006. Before that, Mr. Brenneman was at PwC Consulting as President and Chief Executive Officer from June 2002 to 2004. He started his own private equity firm, TurnWorks, Inc. in 1994.
