Harry Pefanis

Harry Pefanis has served as a director of PAA GP Holdings LLC since February 2017 and as President of Plains since its formation in 1998. Mr. Pefanis currently serves as a director of the Memorial Hermann Foundation, and previously served on the boards of Oasis Midstream Partners, the American Petroleum Institute and the Association of Oil Pipelines. He also served on the New York Mercantile Exchange’s Crude Oil Advisory Committee from 1996 through 2003.
