Biography:
James Pinchback has been the VP Pipeline Business Development for Plains All American since 2015 as well as the Managing Director, Pipeline Commercial Operations since 2006. Prior to working for Plains, Pinchback worked for Ineos as a Manager, NGL and Feedstocks from 2005-2006 and BP, Integrated Supply and Trading from 1988-2005.
