So we look at a million dollars in annual grants to organizations that advocate for and defend social justice and racial equality, and then just we're taking a leadership role with driving systemic change externally. So we signed on as the CEO Action for Racial Equity and that steering committee, and we dedicated two of our real high potentials opio depri and Felicia Williams, to serve as fellows for CEO Action for two years. So we just continue to intensify our commitment to the growth and advancement of all of our underrepresented suppliers and our colleagues."
