Jeffery R. Hayward

Jeffery R. Hayward has served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Administration Officer at Fannie Mae since 2020. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Hayward serves as the Executive Vice president of Multifamily from 2012 to 2020 and Senior Vice President of National Servicing Organization from 2010 to 2012 and Senior Vice President of Community Lending Organization from 2004 to 2010. Since joining Fannie Mae in 1987, Mr. Hayward has served in a variety of other roles, including as Vice President of Single-Family Risk Management, Vice President of Single-Family Operations, Vice President of Single-Family Mortgage Business, and Senior Vice President of Single-Family National Business Center. Before joining Fannie Mae, Mr. Hayward served as the Vice President of Production at Star States Mortgage Corporation and Assistant Vice President of Residential Lending at Germantown Savings Bank. Mr. Hayward is a member of the Board of Governors at the Mortgage Banker Association Commercial Real Estate Finance, the Board of Directors at the National Alliance to End Homelessness, and the Advisory Board at the National Multifamily Housing Council.
