Jesus ‘Jay’ Malave

Jesus “Jay” Malave joined Lockheed Martin in January 2022 as the Chief Financial Officer. Previously he served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for L3Harris Technologies from July 2019 to January 2022. Before this, Mr. Malave was the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Carrier Corporation from April 2018 to June 2019. He served as the Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of UTC Aerospace Systems, a subsidiary of United Technologies Corporation, from January 2015 to April 2018. Prior to this he was the Head of Investor Relations at United Technologies Corporation from June 2012 to December 2014; the Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis/Treasury/Acquisition Integration Lead at Hamilton Sundstrand (subsidiary of United Technologies Corporation) from May 2011 to June 2012; and the Director of Investor Relations at United Technologies Corporation from June 2009 to May 2011. Mr. Malave previously worked at Pratt & Whitney as the Finance Director, Commercial Engines Programs from March 2008 to June 2009; Finance Director, Commercial Engines Campaigns & Materials Support from November 2005 to March 2008; Controller/Assistant Controller from January 2004 to November 2005; Financial Planning and Analysis Manager from March 2001 to January 2004; and varied accounting and analysis positions from October 1997 to March 2001. He first began working for United Technologies Corporation as a Diversity Manger from February 1997 to October 1997. He began his career as a Compliance Analyst with the US Department of Labor in 1991.
