Joe Russo

Joe Russo has served as the Executive Vice President and President of Global Networks & Technology at Verizon since March 2023. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Russo served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Network Officer of Verizon from 2022 to 2023 and Senior Vice President of Operations from 2019 to 2020 and Vice President of various departments from 2010 to 2022. Mr. Russo started his career at Bell Atlantic in 1995, which merged with GTE Corporation in 2000 to become Verizon. Mr. Russo previously served on the Board of Directors at Common Ground Alliance.
