Biography:

John C. Dugan has been the Chair, since 2019, and Director, since 2017, for Citi. He is also currently on the Advisory Board for the “Michigan in Washington) program for the University of Michigan. Prior to working with Citi, Dugan worked with Covington & Burling LLP as the Chair, Financial Institutions Group from 2011-2017, the Comptroller of the Currency from 2005-2010 and a Partner from 1993-2005. Prior to working with Covington & Burling, Dugan worked as the Assistant Secretary for Domestic Finance for the U.S. Department of the Treasury from1989-1993 and the Counsel and Minority General Counsel for the U.S. Senate Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs from 1985-1989.
