Joseph C. Ventura

Joseph C. Ventura has served as the Chief Legal Officer of Human since 2019. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Ventura served in various roles within the company’s Law Department from 2009 to 2017 and served as the Senior Vice President, Associate General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary from 2017 to 2019. Before joining Humana, Mr. Ventura was a member of Alston & Bird LLP where he specialized in corporate/securities law, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance matters. Mr. Ventura made the Leadership Council of Legal Diversity Pledge and in a member of the Board of Directors at Louisville Bar Foundation, Greater Louisville Inc, and St. Matthews Little League.
