Joseph L. Hooley

Mr. Joseph L. Hooley has been appointed as Lead Independent Director of the Company effective May 25, 2022. Mr. Hooley was previously at State Street Corporation as Chairman from 2011 to 2019; as Chief Executive Officer from 2010 to 2018; as President and Chief Operating Officer from 2008 to 2014; as Executive Vice President and head of Investor Services Division from 2002 to 2008; and, in 2006, as Vice Chairman and Global Head of Investment Servicing and Investment Research and Trading. He also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Boston Financial Data Services from 1990 to 2000, and as President and Chief Executive Officer of National Financial Data Services from 1988 to 1990.
