Joshua Cooper Ramo

Joshua Cooper Ramo is a Board Member of FedEx currently serving as a Member of the Audit and Finance Committee and as a Member of the Cyber and Technology Oversight Committee. He is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Sornay, LLC, a strategic advisory firm, a position he has held since January 2021. He previously served as Vice Chairman, Co-Chief Executive Officer, of Kissinger Associates, Inc., a strategic advisory firm, from 2011 through 2020 (he was Vice Chairman since 2011 and Co-Chief Executive Officer since 2015). He served as Managing Director of Kissinger Associates from 2006 to 2011. Prior to joining Kissinger Associates, he was Managing Partner of JL Thornton & Co., LLC, a consulting firm. Before that, he worked as a journalist and served as Senior Editor, Foreign Editor and then Assistant Managing Editor of TIME Magazine from 1995 to 2003. He is a former director of Starbucks Corporation.
