Judy Werthauser

Judy Werthauser became Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer of Walmart U.S. in February 2023. Before Walmart, she was Chief Experience Officer at Five Below from February 2019 to February 2023. Prior to her time at Five Below, Mrs. Werthauser was a Member of the Board of Directors at BJ’s Wholesale Club from November 2018 to February 2023. Previously, she was Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer at Domino’s. Before Domino’s, Mrs. Werthauser was at Target, as Senior Vice President from August 2012 to September 2015, as Vice President of Human Resources from December 2008 to August 2012, and as the Director of Human Resources from July 2008 to December 2008. Prior, she was Senior Vice President of Human Resources at U.S Bank from November 2005 to June 2008. Mrs. Werthauser began her career as the Vice President of Human Resources at Marshall Field’s/Macy’s North from 2003 to 2005.
