Biography:
• Kathleen McLaughlin is the Executive Vice President and Chief Sustainability Officer for Walmart and the President of the Walmart Foundation. Before joining Walmart in 2013, Ms. Mclaughlin worked for the consulting firm McKinsey & Company, beginning her career in 1990. Ms. McLaughlin serves on multiple non-profit boards including the Council on Foundations, WWF, World Resource Institute, and The Nature Conservancy’s Naturevest Board.
