Kathleen W. Hyle

Kathleen “Kathi” Hyle, became a Board Member for AmerisourceBergen in May 2010. She also served on the Board for Bunge Limited, a position she has held since March 2023, and on the Board for Center Stage Baltimore. Previously, Ms. Hyle served as the Senior Vice President of Constellation Energy and as Chief Operating Officer of Constellation Energy Resources from November 2008 to March 2012. Before that, she was Chief Financial Officer for Constellation Energy Nuclear Group and UniStar Nuclear Energy from June 2007 to November 2008. Prior to her time at Constellation, Ms. Hyle was the Chief Financial Officer of ANC Rental Corporation, Vice President and Treasurer of Auto-Nation, and Vice President and Treasurer of Black and Decker Corporation. She previously served on the Board of Directors for Loyola University Maryland’s Sellinger School of Business.
