Kevin M. McNamara

Kevin M. McNamara has been Vice Chair of Tyson Foods since 2020, Lead Independent Director since 2019, and on the Board of Directors since August 2007. He has been the Founding Principal at McNamara Family Ventures since June 2012, on the Board of Directors for April 2013, and a Senior Advisor at New Mountain since 2022. Previously Mr. McNamara served on the Board of Directors for Luminex Corporation from May 2003 to July 2021, was Chief Executive Officer of CenseoHealth from February 2015 to June 2018, and a member of the Board for Agilum Healthcare Intelligence from 2011 to 2015. Prior to this he was an Operating Partner for Health Evolution Partners from April 2013 to October 2014 and Vice Chairman for Leon Medical Centers from 2010 to 2011. Mr. McNamara was Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer at HealthSpring, Inc. from 2005 to 2009; ProxyMed Inc.’s Non-Executive Chairman from 2005 to 2006, Interim Chief Executive Officer from December 2004 to June 2005, and Board Member from 2002 to 2006; and a Board Member at Comsys IT Partners Inc. from 2003 to 2006. He was the Chief Financial Officer of HCCA International from 2002 to 2005, Chief Executive Officer of Private Business, Inc. from November 1999 to February 2001, and Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of Envoy Corporation (now Quintiles Transnational) from 1996 to 1999. Before this Mr. McNamara was National Bancard Corporation’s President of Merchant Services Corp. from 1994 to 1995 and Senior Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer from 1992 to 1994. He has previously served on the board of directors for Digiscripts Inc., Enhancement Services Corp., HEALTHYvision Inc., Optimal Radiology Partners Board Member, Voyent Partners, LLC, and Nashville Capital Network.
