Biography:
Kevin Palmer serves as the Head of Freddie Mac Multifamily, and has held this role since May 2022. He has held various roles within Freddie Mac for 22 years, holding has held various capital markets and risk management positions. He was previously the SVP for Single-Family Portfolio Management from 2016 to 2022. From 2015 to 2016, he served as the SVP for Credit Risk Transfer and from 2010-2015 he served as the VP for Costing and Portfolio Management. From 2009-2010, he was Freddie Mac’s Senior Director for Pricing and Analytics and from 2005-2009, he was Director for Non-Prime Portfolio Management. From 2003-2005, he worked in Security Sales and Trading Group and from 2001-2003, he was an Analysis Programmer.
