Kieran Shanahan

Kieran Shanahan became Executive Vice President of International Operations and the Regional CEO for Walmart in March 2023. Before that, Mr. Shanahan was the Executive Vice President and Chief Growth Officer at Sam’s Club from March 2022 to March 2023. Prior to serving at Sam’s club, he was at Walmart, as its Chief Merchandising Officer from April 2020 to March 2022, as Senior Vice President of eCommerce Merchandising from October 2018 to April 2020, as Vice President of Divisional Merchandise Managers of Food Merchandising from February 2017 to November 2018, and as Vice President of Online Grocery from April 2014 to February 2017. Mr. Shanahan began his career at Asda, as Vice President of eCommerce for Online Grocery from October 2013 to May 2014, as Home Shopping Director from January 2012 to October 2013, as Regional Operations Manager of Northern Ireland from April 2009 to December 2011, as General Store Manager from 2007 to 2009, and as Project Manager to the President and CEO from January 2006 to August 2007.
