Kimberly H. Johnson

Kimberly H. Johnson serves as Chief Operating Officer of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. She was elected to the Eli Lilly and Company board of directors in 2021.Prior to her service with T. Rowe, Johnson was the executive vice president and chief operating officer of the Federal National Mortgage Association (“Fannie Mae”) and was a member of Fannie Mae’s management committee. During her tenure with Fannie Mae, Johnson held various leadership positions, including chief risk officer. Before joining Fannie Mae in 2006, Johnson was a director at Credit Suisse Group AG. Johnson holds a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Princeton University and a Master of Business Administration in finance from Columbia Business School. She is a member of the board of trustees for Princeton University and sits on the board of directors for several nonprofit organizations.
