Kimberly R. Scardino

Kimberly R. Scardino became Senior Vice President of Business Transformation and ESG Chair of The Home Depot in June 2022. Before that, she was the Senior Vice President of Business Transformation and Product Management from October 2020 to June 2022 and Senior Vice President of Finance from January 2019 to October 2020. Prior to her time at Home Depot, Mrs. Scardino was Senior Vice President, Global Controller, and Chief Administrative Officer for Walgreens Boots Alliance from August 2015 to December 2018. She was previously at American Express, as Senior Vice President of Americas Controller from August 2012 to August 2015, Vice President, Treasury Controller, and Head of Global SOX from September 2009 to September 2012, Vice President of Global Accounting Policy and Technical Accounting from September 2006 to September 2009. Prior to that, Mrs. Scardino was over Accounting Policy at Credit Suisse from January 2004 to September 2006 and at Lyondell Chemical from 2002 to 2004. Mrs. Scardino began her career in Auditing at Arthur Andersen from 1994 to 2002.
