Kirk Johnson

Kirk Johnson has served as the Senior Vice President of Lower 48 Assets & Operations at ConocoPhillips since 2022. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Johnson served as the Vice President of Corporate Planning and Development at ConocoPhillips from 2021 to 2022 and President of Canadian operations from 2018 to 2021 and Manager of Corporate Strategy & Portfolio Management from 2017 to 2018. From 2016 to 2017, Mr. Johnson served as an Asset Manager of Central Rockies and Gas Plants at ConocoPhillips and Asset Manager of Permian Conventional from 2015 to 2016 and served in Engineering and Project Management roles from 2008 to 2015. Before joining ConocoPhillips, Mr. Johnson had an 11-year career at BP from 1997 to 2008. During that time, Mr. Johnson served in Project Manager roles and Product Operations Engineering. Mr. Johnson serves on the Board of Directors at Coastal Prairie Conservancy, and previously served on the Board of Governors at Education Matters, Calgary’s.
